Seminars are offered online so you can start now or live in Salt Lake City at Dr. Kristina’s clinic 2 times a year.

Live seminar schedule:

Friday, 5-8pm, Saturday, 8am – 5pm and Sunday, 8am – 1pm.

Program Details

My Chiropractic Coaching Program is totally different from other chiropractic marketing programs: there is no marketing. Rather, it is based on teaching you how to become an amazing chiropractor that everyone wants to see. You will become sought-after and experience unprecedented growth through patient referrals.

I only accept 5-10 doctors per location, which is only 10-20/year. Very small and very personal. This means that you are not in a room with 500 other people and I can’t even see your face. You and I will become very good friends and I’ll get to know you very well. It also means that my Program locations become sold out very quickly – usually months in advance!

Chiropractic Training Program: Module 1

Comforting Office Environment
Learn how to look at everything you do in your office from the perspective of your patients. It’s not only important what you know – it’s important what your patients know and how they perceive your office, your purpose, and your actions. Improve your office procedures and policies to make them the very best for your patients, including their call-in experience, recall, reactivation, missed appointments (you’ll be left with very few!), payments, and much more.

Patient Consultation, Examination, and Expectations
Does your patient examination match patient expectations? Are they confident and comfortable with your abilities? New patients should leave your office after their first visit and want you to check their whole family–including their children. If they don’t, it is a sign that you are missing something. This is one of the yardsticks you’ll use to determine how well you are doing.
Learn a new way of conducting a patient consultation and examination. Improve your Report of Findings to achieve the most easily understood agreement with your patients. Put your patients at ease by helping them understand your routines for a regular office visit.
I’ll also show you how to place patients on true corrective care, the aim of which is the reversal of their pathology and not just their curves, etc. You’ll learn that Chiropractic is absolutely amazing and you will see some incredible changes take place under your very own hands.

Payment
I’ll introduce you to a new fee structure where your patients will be more willing to pay you in advance for the coming year – all with no pressure, sales, or fear tactics of any sort!

Module I Implementation
As you are learning all the lessons of Module I,  you’ll get one on one guidance with Dr. Kristina to implement these procedures. You’ll also receive a complete set of the best clinical office forms you have ever seen in order to operate the top family practice in your area.  As well, you’ll receive a complete Chiropractic Assistant’s Assistant. It is a very complete CA manual so that your team knows what to do to help you help others! I encourage you to bring your staff to the Program with you for no extra charge. If you have another doctor in your office, make sure he/she also attends with you. It is crucial that everyone in your office is on the same page.

Chiropractic Training Program: Module 2

Pediatric Examinations that explain, inspire and educate.  Connect with the child in your office as you develop a bond with the parent that you are the best and most complete doctor they have ever seen…and you will be!

Pregnancy and Birth we dive into pregnancy, common testing and procedures during pregnancy as well as the impact these tests and procedures have on mom and baby.  We will discuss the 3 phases of birth and how to support a mom in labor.  We will break down technique specific to a pregnant mom and discuss care planning for successful health, function and optimal birth.

Philosophy and Neurology Training
Learn the why behind the adjustment, learn how chronic subluxations develop and manifest as well as how to correct the underlying neurology of a subluxation.

Community Outreach
Learn to develop and implement your own Community Outreach Program.
I’ll show you how to give first–class PowerPoint presentations for your community

Integrated Clinical Seminar
The Clinical Seminar is an intense workshop dealing with the pathology of a subluxation, research, films, interpretation, pediatrics, pregnancy, the 10 crucial items that you base your schedule of care on, neurology, and special adjustments to help with certain conditions you will see. It is all part of the Practice Evolution Program.

You will also receive 24 months of unlimited coaching and mentoring with me! I bring you my experience, my vision, my passion, as well as my practice secrets and gems, so that you can help as many people in your lifetime as you can – especially children.
